1. Service Use

Vendoora provides software for creating store workspaces, managing products, inventory, customers, orders, website content, and related commerce operations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data, content, products, prices, policies, and customer communications that you publish through your store.

2. Merchant Accounts

When you create a merchant account, you must provide accurate account and store information. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activity performed by users invited to your store workspace.

• Store owners control team access and should remove users who no longer need access.
• Each user must use their own account and must not share credentials.
• You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Store Content and Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your store content, products, images, descriptions, policies, and customer handling comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and local market requirements. You must not use Vendoora to sell prohibited, illegal, misleading, or harmful products or services.

4. Plans, Limits, and Trials

Vendoora may provide trial access, internal plans, and usage limits such as product, branch, staff, image, or order limits. Plan features and limits may change as the platform evolves. If payment processing is enabled later, separate billing terms may apply.

5. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product development.

6. Data and Backups

You should keep your own operational records and exports where appropriate. Vendoora may maintain backups for reliability, but backups are not a substitute for your own business recordkeeping.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, abuses the service, or uses the platform for unlawful activity. You may stop using the service at any time.
